Music - Private Voice Lessons
Our vocal instruction implements the “Genre Specific” method for Voice Lessons, in which students are encouraged to bring in music that they are familiar with and enjoy. The instructor utilizes their interests and encourages the student to sing in the genre in which they are naturally gifted. The student will learn the breathing and vocal techniques. Styles include: Jazz, musical theatre, opera, pop, and more!
Students Ages 5-6: 30-minute lesson once or twice a week is recommended.
Students Ages 6+: 1-hour lesson 1-3 times a week is recommended.
For the first Voice Lesson is a trial lesson because we believe that there is a certain chemistry between each student and teacher that must be present for an effective learning environment. Voice students will participate in our In-House End-of-Year Showcase.
