At the Academy of Music and Dance we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to dance, but sometimes children ranging from ages 1-2 can have a hard time without their mommies by their side. Because of this we think it’s appropriate to offer a class where the little ones can take dance class with their mommies! This 45 minute class focuses on coordination, dance movement, and other basic dance techniques and concepts that are great for early development.
This class is perfect for mothers as well because not only will our mothers get in 45 minutes of exercise in for their day, but they get to do so while bonding with their child as well! This class is fun and exciting for babies who are new to dance!
