This DVD allows busy new moms the opportunity to maintain or regain their strength and muscle tone without having to find a babysitter or wait for your baby's nap time. This DVD incorporates your baby in all your exercise movements so that you are not only getting your workout time, but also spending quality time with your new baby.
Not only are the yoga poses for mom and classical dance movements, but the DVD includes yoga exercises for your baby as well, which aid in digestion, sleep, comfort, and relaxation. Yoga-Dance is also a great way to stay in shape as a prenatal program up until your 8 month of pregnancy.
