Dance, Music, Voice, Workout Classes for Adults
. 
Zumba Dance:
Dance fusion of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves which create a dynamic workout. Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Adult Tone & Stretch:
This class emphasizes conditioning and stretching techniques that help to shape, tone, and stretch muscles for the adult body.
Private Dance Lessons:
Private lessons of all levels are offered in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern/Contemporary, Tap, Ballroom, and Swing. Great if you’ve never danced before, are returning to dance, or are looking for additional one-on-one training to improve skills.
Voice: 1-hour lesson 1-3 times a week is recommended.
Piano: 1-hour lesson 1-3 times a week is recommended. Students will use the “Suzuki” curriculum.
Drum and Guitar: 1-hour lesson 1-3 times a week is recommended. Students will use the “Hal Leonard” curriculum.
